KEY DATES

SKYCITY Entertainment Group has announced an FY11 interim dividend of NZ$0.08 per share (fully imputed), payable on 1 April 2011.  The record date for the interim dividend is 18 March 2011.

For the benefit of Australian shareholders, franking credits will be applied to the interim dividend at the rate of 60%.

The SKYCITY Dividend Reinvestment Plan (which was announced on 16 February 2011) will apply to the interim dividend.  To participate in the plan for the interim dividend payable on 1 April 2011, shareholders' completed participation notices must be received by the company's share registrar, Computershare Investor Services Limited, by no later than 5pm (NZ time) on 18 March 2011.
