Chief Executive Nigel Morrison is a member of the board as Managing Director. Mr Morrison has over 18 years experience in the gaming industry throughout Australia and most recently in Asia. Mr Morrison commenced as CEO of SKYCITY Entertainment Group in March 2008. Prior to this, he was the Group Chief Financial Officer of Galaxy Entertainment Group in Macau, a Hong Kong based listed company.
Mr Morrison was previously Chief Executive of the Federal Group, Australia's largest private casino and gaming company. Before Federal, he was Chief Operating Officer at Crown Limited (operator of Melbourne's Crown Casino) where he played a key role in restructuring the business and increasing revenues to over A$1 billion.
Prior to embarking on a career in casinos in 1993, Nigel was a Corporate Finance Partner with Ernst and Young, specialising in the gaming industry. Nigel joined SKYCITY Entertainment Group in March 2008.

Alistair joined SKYCITY in 1995 and has extensive knowledge of the company's development as a leading NZX and ASX-listed corporate. As Chief Financial Officer for the SKYCITY Group, he is responsible for all financial matters including financial reporting, group treasury, investor relations and internal audit. Alistair is also a director of Christchurch Casinos Limited and Queenstown Casinos Limited and other SKYCITY subsidiary companies. Prior to being CFO for the Group, Alistair was SKYCITY's General Manager Corporate and Company Secretary and has extensive knowledge of stock exchange listing rules, company secretarial, corporate governance, and regulatory requirements. Prior to joining SKYCITY, Alistair was a financial services partner with international accounting firm Ernst and Young.

Peter Treacy was appointed General Counsel and Company Secretary in May 2008. Peter is responsible for SKYCITY’s government relations, legal, regulatory, compliance and company secretarial functions. Peter has extensive experience in major international financing and corporate transactions, with many years international experience, including eight years as partner with international law firm Linklaters in London, Hong Kong and Bangkok. Peter has been a former employee of SKYCITY, being previously responsible for SKYCITY's legal and regulatory affairs. |

Gráinne was appointed General Manager Group Services and Human Resources in May 2008. Gráinne was previously Managing Director of HR consultancy Right Management, and prior to that, Managing Director of McDonald’s Restaurants (New Zealand) Ltd responsible for over 5,000 employees. She joined McDonald’s in the early 1990’s establishing the Human Resources function, progressing through to Executive Vice-President, and then to Managing Director. Prior to this, she led the HR function for Coopers and Lybrand Auckland (now PwC). In addition to her extensive HR expertise, Gráinne has had wide experience in board and charitable trust governance roles in New Zealand including having been Chair of Ronald McDonald House Charities NZ for five years. |

Having commenced with SKYCITY as a Consultant in March 2008, Mike was appointed to the role of Chief Information Officer for SKYCITY in July 2008. Mike has wide experience in IT Management having previously held roles such as Regional Director with Lotus IBM Asia Pacific based in Singapore, and Managing Director for 3Com in Australia and New Zealand before moving into a consulting career. Mike is responsible for the planning, implementation and management of SKYCITY Information Technology Systems and is focussed on delivering systems to improve business effectiveness and customer experience. |

David Christian was appointed SKYCITY Adelaide General Manager in April 2008. He has held several significant positions within the SKYCITY business including time as General Manager of both the SKYCITY Auckland and the SKYCITY Hamilton business. David has more than 20 years experience in hospitality, hotel and casino management including working in several Australian states and in Singapore. David was previously General Manager of the Wrest Point Hotel Casino and General Manager Operations of the Country Club Casino, both in Tasmania. |

Andrew has managed the Darwin property since 2001 when it was owned by MGM Mirage. Since being purchased by SKYCITY in 2004, Andrew has been directly responsible for the day to day operations and performance of SKYCITY Darwin as well as overseeing growth and development plans for the property. He has a strong background in hospitality and casino management including 15 years with Burswood International Resort Casino in Perth where he was chief operating officer. Andrew is a board member of the Northern Territory Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Australian Technical College.

As General Manager, Casino Operations, Ejaaz is responsible for the overall management of SKYCITY's table games and gaming machines operations in the SKYCITY Auckland casino. Ejaaz has more than 20 years experience in the casino industry, having previously held key management positions at Burswood Casino in Perth, Star City in Sydney and Crown Casino in Melbourne. His most recent role was as Chief Operating Officer - Gaming at Burswood Casino, where he was responsible for Table Games, Gaming Machines and International Business. Ejaaz joined SKYCITY Auckland in May 2008. |

Simon Jamieson joined SKYCITY in September 2007 and was promoted to the role of General Manager SKYCITY Hotels Group Auckland in May 2008 and took on responsibility for Facilities Development for the New Zealand sites in February 2010. He is responsible for SKYCITY's two luxury Hotels in Auckland, The Grand and the SKYCITY Hotel, the SKYCITY Convention Centre, the Sky Tower and SKYCITY's award winning restaurants. With more than 25 years experience in large-scale hospitality businesses, Simon brings a wealth of commercial and global tourism experience to the SKYCITY business. Having held several international general management and director roles, Simon has opened five luxury hotels in New Zealand and Asia, and is presently a director of the New Zealand Tourism Association. |

Tamsyn Alley joined SKYCITY Auckland in February 2010 and is responsible for all marketing and brand initiatives for the Auckland property. Tamsyn has over 20 years marketing experience in the entertainment and tourism industries both in Australia and New Zealand. Tamsyn joined SKYCITY from Flight Centre (NZ) Ltd where for the past two years, as General Manager Marketing, she was responsible for continuing to build one of New Zealand’s most recognised and respected travel brands. For the previous two years, she was Group Manager Marketing Operations, for SKYCITY and prior to that Manager Marketing and External Relations at SKYCITY Adelaide, where she had initially joined the Group in 2006. |

Arthur Pitcher was appointed General Manager of SKYCITY Hamilton in June 2008. Arthur is a highly experienced casino operator with over 35 years experience in the industry. Arthur was General Manager of Christchurch Casino for its first 10 years (1994-2004) and prior to that spent 25 years with UK based Hamblin Leisure Group as a casino executive. Since leaving Christchurch Casino in late 2004, Arthur has been working as a consultant for the Packer/Aspinall Group, assisting with the setting up of a chain of entertainment casino venues in the UK. During his time in Christchurch, Arthur was heavily involved in the local community in local sports, recreation and charity fund-raising. Arthur was a director of Canterbury Cricket during the late nineties. |

Michelle has been with SKYCITY since prior to the opening of SKYCITY Auckland in 1996. She began her SKYCITY career as a slots/Keno supervisor before moving through various training and managerial roles in gaming. She became SKYCITY Hotel Operations Manager in 2004, and Gaming Projects and Support Manager in 2006, where her major project was the newly completed $40 million refurbishment of SKYCITY Auckland's main gaming floor. Michelle commenced her role as Casino Manager at SKYCITY Queenstown Casino in May 2008. |
