MILWAUKEE, Apr 12, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Directors of The Marcus Corporation (NYSE:MCS) today
declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.055 per share of common
stock. The dividend will be paid May 16, 2005 to shareholders of
record on April 25, 2005.
The Board of Directors also declared a dividend of $0.05 per share
on the Class B common stock. The dividend on the Class B common stock,
which is not publicly traded, also will be paid May 16, 2005 to
shareholders of record on April 25, 2005.
