MILWAUKEE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 22, 2006--Marcus Theatres Corporation, a division of The Marcus Corporation (NYSE:MCS) today announced it will break ground for its new 12-screen theatre in Green Bay, Wis. on Thursday, May 25. The theatre will be located in the I-43 Business Center, on the east side of Green Bay. The new theatre is scheduled to open in fall 2006.

Olson noted that Marcus Theatres(R) also has a new 13-screen theatre under construction in Sturtevant (Racine), Wis., and plans to break ground on a new flagship theatre in Brookfield, Wis. in summer 2006. The new theatres replace older existing facilities to offer moviegoers the latest technology and amenities.
