CINCINNATI, July 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of The E. W. Scripps Company (NYSE: SSP) has declared a quarterly dividend of 11 cents ($0.11) per share payable Sept. 9 to shareholders of record at the close of business Aug. 31.
