|Scripps to Webcast Bear Stearns Investor Presentation|

Webcast of its presentation at the Bear Stearns Annual Media, Entertainment and
Information Conference on March 3.
The Scripps presentation is scheduled for 3:45 p.m. EST and will be Webcast live via the company's Web site at www.scripps.com . The conference is being held at The Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach. An audio archive will be available via the Scripps Web site within 24 hours after the presentation.
