Paul K. Scripps Retired Vice President/Newspapers, Director since 1986 Mr. Scripps has been a director of E.W. Scripps since 1986 and is a director emeritus of the Scripps Howard Foundation, the Company’s philanthropic arm. He served as a Vice President of the Newspaper Division of the Company from November 1997 to December 2001 and as Chairman from December 1989 to June 1997 of a subsidiary of the Company.
