|Ingram Micro Strengthens EMEA Services Offering with Elements Support Suite|
MUNICH, Germany, March 29, 2017 - Ingram Micro has today announced that it is launching a new branded professional services offering in EMEA, Elements Support Suite (ESS).
Ingram Micro Elements Support Suite will initially be available in eight countries across the EMEA region: Austria, Germany, Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, Sweden, Switzerland, UAE and UK; addressing 80% of the available services market opportunity. Phase 2 countries are set to launch later this year.
Partners will have a choice of two levels of support as a part of Elements Support Suite: Basic and Gold. With these support services, Ingram Micro is enabling its partners to become trusted advisors to their customers, as well as build and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
"With this unique service offering, Ingram Micro is providing our partners in EMEA the same level of support services as Cisco, as well as additional benefits. Our partners will now have a safety net to ensure their customers' IT infrastructure remains secure and problems are resolved quickly, while also helping them improve operational efficiency and reduce the risk of downtime," commented Jordi Munoz, director EMEA Value Vendor Engagement. "With the launch of Elements Support Suite, Ingram Micro continues to lead in services innovation as the first distributor to launch this service offering worldwide. This is yet another example of how Ingram Micro brings tremendous added value to our partners."
Ingram Micro was named Cisco EMEAR and UK&I Distributor of the Year for 2016. Ingram Micro's Advanced Solutions division and Cisco business unit offer partners access to a team of highly specialized Cisco sales, marketing and technical support specialists. Cisco channel partners can also leverage Cisco UCS Build-to-Order services.
