pleased to announce the introduction of its Customized Services Program.
Slated to launch in mid-September, the focus of the program is on customer

We kept our customers' needs and wants in mind as we developed this program."
With the customers' budget in mind, SEMCO lowered gas costs and locked in
that price until March 31, 2002. This equates to an average annual savings of
$39 per household.
Keeping the customers' concerns in mind, SEMCO will listen. If customers
have a concern with the service they have received in the past 30 days, they
are invited to call a special toll-free hotline 877-SEMCO4U (877-736-2648).
Customer satisfaction specialists respond to these calls and have the
authority to do whatever they can to make it right for the customer.
With the customers' trust and transitions in mind, SEMCO warranties all parts
and labor on appliance repairs for one full year; and will install new service
lines on or before an agreed upon date or compensate the customer $100.
Lastly, with the unexpected in mind, SEMCO offers SHARPSERVICE
(888-736-2661), an appliance service protection plan that covers both gas and
SEMCO ENERGY GAS COMPANY is offering Customized Services to demonstrate
its commitment to meeting or exceeding the expectations of our customers. It
also will provide a way for the company to implement improvements on our
service based on customer feedback.
