 | Vincent C. Brockman Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary and Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer Vince was named executive vice president and general counsel in January 2008, with overall leadership responsibility for the Company's global Legal function and activities. Prior to that, he was interim head of Legal. Vince joined the Company's Legal function in 2002 as assistant general counsel. He was named chief ethics and compliance officer in 2004 and chief administrative officer in 2006. In February 2007, Vince was promoted to senior vice president. Prior to joining ScottsMiracle-Gro, Vince was the assistant general counsel of Borden Foods Corporation. He has a bachelor's degree in history from Miami University (Oxford, Ohio) and a J.D. degree from The Ohio State University. |
