L. John Doerr, age 57, has been a director of the Company since June 1996. Mr. Doerr has been a general partner of Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, a venture capital firm, since September 1980. Mr. Doerr is also a director of Google Inc. and several private companies.

Committee Membership -- Mr. Doerr is Chairman of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
