PHYSICAL, ENVIRONMENTAL, ECONOMIC, OR LEGAL CONDITION OR COMPLIANCE OF THE PROPERTY WITH REGARD TO ANY FEDERAL, STATE, OR LOCAL LAW, STATUTE, ORDINANCE, RULE, REGULATION, ORDER, OR DETERMINATION OF ANY GOVERNMENTAL AUTHORITY OR AGENCY AFFECTING THE
PROPERTY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THOSE PERTAINING TO ENVIRONMENTAL MATTERS, OR (D) ANY OTHER STATE OF FACTS THAT EXISTS WITH RESPECT TO THE PROPERTY OR ANY OF THE PROPERTY INFORMATION. THIS RELEASE SHALL BE GIVEN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT
