PURCHASER FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT, HAVING BEEN GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO INSPECT THE PROPERTY WITH QUALIFIED PERSONNEL AND REVIEW INFORMATION AND DOCUMENTATION AFFECTING THE PROPERTY, PURCHASER IS RELYING SOLELY ON THE EXPRESS REPRESENTATIONS, ITS OWN INVESTIGATION OF THE PROPERTY AND REVIEW OF SUCH INFORMATION AND DOCUMENTATION, AND NOT ON ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED OR TO BE PROVIDED BY SELLER, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THE EXPRESS REPRESENTATIONS. PURCHASER FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT ANY INFORMATION MADE AVAILABLE TO PURCHASER OR PROVIDED OR TO BE PROVIDED BY OR ON BEHALF OF SELLER WITH RESPECT TO THE PROPERTY WAS OBTAINED FROM A VARIETY OF SOURCES AND THAT SELLER HAS NOT MADE ANY INDEPENDENT INVESTIGATION OR VERIFICATION OF SUCH INFORMATION AND MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS AS TO THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF SUCH INFORMATION, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THE EXPRESS REPRESENTATIONS. PURCHASER AGREES TO FULLY AND IRREVOCABLY RELEASE SELLER FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS THAT PURCHASER MAY NOW HAVE OR HEREAFTER ACQUIRE AGAINST SELLER FOR ANY COSTS, LOSS, LIABILITY, DAMAGE, EXPENSE, DEMAND, ACTION, OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING FROM SUCH INFORMATION OR DOCUMENTATION, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT ARISING OUT OF A BREACH BY SELLER OF A REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY (SUBJECT TO THE LIMITATIONS OF TIME AND MONEY SET FORTH IN SECTIONS 5.4 AND 10.2 HEREIN) MADE IN THE EXPRESS REPRESENTATIONS. SELLER IS NOT LIABLE OR BOUND IN ANY MANNER BY ANY ORAL OR WRITTEN STATEMENTS, REPRESENTATIONS, OR INFORMATION PERTAINING TO THE PROPERTY, OR THE OPERATION THEREOF, FURNISHED BY ANY REAL ESTATE BROKER, AGENT, EMPLOYEE, SERVANT, OR OTHER PERSON TO THE EXTENT NOT EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THE EXPRESS REPRESENTATIONS.
