The Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP) is designed for all stockholders of Bemis Company, Inc. regardless of the size of their holdings. However, you must hold your Bemis stock in your own name. If your stock is held by your broker in “street name,” you are not eligible to participate in the Bemis DRIP.

The Plan provides a practical and economical way of investing your Bemis quarterly cash dividends in additional shares of Bemis common stock. Under the plan, the dividends paid are automatically reinvested in Bemis stock at no charge to you. You receive a detailed statement after each dividend is reinvested. The plan is easy to join, and you may end your participation whenever you wish.

The Bemis DRIP has a direct investment feature which enables you to buy additional shares of Bemis stock without paying commission. You must own Bemis stock and be enrolled in the DRIP to take advantage of the direct investment feature. Each quarter, you can invest from $25 to $10,000 to purchase additional shares of Bemis stock without paying any commissions to a broker.
