Michael A. Peel, SLEEP NUMBER® setting 40, has served as a member of the Select Comfort Board of Directors since February 2003. In October 2008, Mr. Peel was appointed as the Vice President for Human Resources and Administration of Yale University. From 1991 to 2008, Mr. Peel served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Corporate Services of General Mills, Inc., a manufacturer and marketer of packaged consumer foods, since 1991. From 1977 to 1991, Mr. Peel served in various capacities for PepsiCo, Inc., including as Senior Vice President, Human Resources for PepsiCo Worldwide Foods from 1987 to 1991. |
