SOUTHFIELD, Mich., Dec. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Frank Tomes, executive vice president, General Products Group, Federal-Mogul Corporation (NYSE: FMO), announces the appointment of Rocco Petrilli to the position of managing director, Sintered Products, America, effective immediately. Petrilli will report directly to Christian J. Note, vice president, Sintered Products.

Petrilli will have responsibility for the general management of the North America, powder metal operations. Prior to this appointment Petrilli held the position of director, sprocket operations for Borg Warner Automotive, Morse TEC Corporation, preceded by the position of director of engineering, Zenith Sintered Products. Petrilli spent almost 12 years with Keystone Powdered Metal Company, rising from project/manufacturing engineer to manager of automotive products.

Petrilli earned a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from Pennsylvania State University.
