John Berisford Executive Vice President, Human Resources McGraw Hill Financial

John Berisford is executive vice president, Human Resources for McGraw Hill Financial. In his role, Mr. Berisford is responsible for leading critical initiatives to continually engage and develop employees and ensure McGraw Hill Financial has the talent to succeed in the knowledge economy. Before joining the Company, Mr. Berisford spent 22 successful years at PepsiCo. Most recently, he served as senior vice president, Human Resources for Pepsi Beverages Company, with responsibility for talent management, diversity, compensation, benefits and employee communications. Previously, he held senior Human Resources positions with Pepsi Bottling Group. Mr. Berisford holds a bachelor's degree in political science from West Liberty College in West Virginia and a master’s degree in labor and industrial relations from West Virginia University.
