Liberty Property Trust's New Jersey Office Moves To Mt. Laurel LEED Gold Certified Building

Mt. Laurel, NJ – December 10, 2010 - Liberty Property Trust, (NYSE:LRY) today announced that its local office has moved to 330 Fellowship Road, Suite 102 in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey. The space at 330 Fellowship totals 5,037 square feet and is home to approximately 19 Liberty employees. The building is 97% leased.

Developed by Liberty in 2007, the 103,295 square foot 4-story office building achieved LEED Gold certification from the U.S. Green Building Council, making it the first speculative office building in Burlington County, NJ to receive this designation.

The building features a long list of energy saving and environmental protection elements that range from water use and building envelope efficiencies to mechanical systems that allow more outside/fresh air to be ventilated throughout the building. Recessed into the wall of the lobby is a 22’ high by 15’ wide sculpture by renowned sculptor, Greg Leavitt. The abstract piece was fabricated using actual roof trusses from the former NFL Films building which was razed to make way for the office building.

The phone and fax numbers have changed with the move to 856/642-8300 (phone), 856/642-8333(tenant service line) and 856/642-8321(fax.)
