LIBERTY PROPERTY TRUST PROMOTES KRISTIN MURILLO TO PROPERTY MANAGER

HOUSTON, TX – June 14, 2010 - Liberty Property Trust (NYSE:LRY) today announced that Kristin Murillo has been named Property Manager.

“Kristin has been a valued member of our Houston team during the last five years and this promotion is a reflection of her hard work, dedication and capabilities,” said Joe Trinkle, vice president and city manager of the Houston region. “Kristin has a tremendous track record of providing excellent customer service, while managing our properties to run more efficiently through cost management – not to mention that she has earned the respect from our Liberty tenants because of her commitment and strong tenant relationships.”

In her new role as Property Manager, Murillo will be responsible for overall property administration for Liberty’s Houston portfolio, which consists of approximately four million square feet of industrial real estate located in the North and Northwest submarkets, and near the Port of Houston. 

Murillo joined Liberty’s Houston office in January 2005 as a Customer Service Coordinator and in 2006 she was promoted to Assistant Property Manager. Murillo has recently earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate Studies from Marylhurst University, and she is an active member of BOMA. Murillo will be responsible for managing properties in Central Green Business Park, Greens Crossing Distribution Center, Beltway at Bammel Business Park, Legacy Center Business Park, West Little York Distribution Center and Williamsport Distribution Center.
