Liberty Adds Three New Tenants To The Portfolio In South Jersey As Eight Existing Tenants Renew

MARLTON, NJ - Liberty Property Trust, (NYSE:LRY), the largest owner and managers of office and industrial properties in the Delaware Valley, today announced that it has signed eleven leases in its South Jersey region in the second quarter. These include leases with three new tenants and renewals with eight existing.

Univeg America, Incorporated has signed a lease for 108,783 square feet of space at 406 Heron Drive in Pureland Industrial Complex in Bridgeport.

At Greentree North Corporate Center in Mount Laurel, TRC Companies, Incorporated has renewed with Liberty for 12,844 square feet at 16000 Commerce Parkway while at 9000 Commerce Parkway, Credit Lenders has renewed its lease for 12,100 square feet and IATL has signed a lease for 12,000 square feet. In addition, Weil McLain, Incorporated will continue to occupy its 2,967 square feet of space at 17000 Commerce Parkway.

At 3000 Atrium Way in Mount Laurel, CBDI has renewed with Liberty and expanded its space to 10,104 square feet while Ginsberg & O'Connor has renewed its lease and relocated from another Liberty building to occupy 2,679 square feet.

At 13000 Route 73, located in Four Greentree Centre in Marlton, Tenant Healthsystem Hahnemann, LLC has renewed its lease for 6,424 square feet while Metafile Information Systems has renewed for 2,140 square feet. In addition, Directive Communications has signed a lease in the building for 1,183 square feet.

Ballard Spahr has renewed its lease with Liberty for 865 square feet at 701 Route 73 in Marlton Executive Park II.
