Liberty Property Trust Welcomes Lifepath To Its New Facility At Lehigh Valley Corporate Center LEHIGH VALLEY, PA – Liberty Property Trust, the largest commercial landlord in the Lehigh Valley, today announced that LifePath has moved into its new 34,000 square foot facility at Lehigh Valley Corporate Center in Bethlehem. LifePath has signed a long-term lease to consolidate its offices into one location at Liberty's new flex building, which was completed in May 2007. LifePath is a non-profit organization that provides the highest quality of services to people of all ages with developmental disabilities. LifePath has more than 102 established community living environments and program sites throughout Bucks, Berks, Montgomery, Chester, Delaware, Lehigh Valley and Northampton counties. These programs serve nearly 1200 individuals annually, providing specialized services in an environment of unconditional respect and dignity. According to LifePath's executive director and CEO, "The new building offers us the ability to improve services and the environment for our staff and the people we serve. The new facility is located at 3500 High Point Boulevard, and is constructed of brick, energy-efficient glass, with unique entrance features, fiber optics, and five-per-1,000 parking. Lehigh Valley Corporate Center is centrally located at Valley Center Parkway and High Point Boulevard off Schoenersville Road and Stoke Park Road in Hanover Township/ Northampton County. Since its inception, the property has been consistently well-leased to dozens of companies, many with household names, including IBM, PNC Bank, New England Life Insurance Company, Lehigh Valley Hospital, Duggan & Marcon, Lattice Semiconductor, Lehigh Valley Eye Associates, Northampton Hospital, CIGNA Life Insurance, Synchronoss, and RCN Telecommunications.
