RICHMOND, VA –June 7, 2010– Liberty Property Trust (NYSE: LRY) today announced that it has recently signed three new lease agreements within its Richmond portfolio totaling 38,933 square feet.

Dominion Due Diligence Group (parent company Dominion Environmental Group) has signed a new lease for 29,314 square feet at 4121 Cox Road in Glen Allen. The company is scheduled to move into its new premises in October. Jason Hetherington of Grubb & Ellis | Harrison & Bates represented Dominion Due Diligence Group and Brian Witthoefft represented Liberty in the transaction.

WellAWARE Systems, Inc. signed a new lease at Technology Pointe II, located at 5500 Cox Road in Glen Allen. The company leases 5,814 square feet of flex space and moved into its new location last month. Charlie Polk of Jones Lang LaSalle represented WellAWARE Systems and Brian Witthoefft represented Liberty in the transaction.

TENG & Associates, Inc. has signed a new lease for 3,805 square feet of space at Westerre IV, located at 3901Westerre Parkway. The company will move into its new premises this month.
