Liberty Property Trust Continues Its Relationship with Tenants in Its Richmond Portfolio

Warehouse and Office Renewals Total 167,465 Square Feet

RICHMOND, VA – March 12, 2010 – Liberty Property Trust (NYSE: LRY) today announced that it has recently renewed ten lease agreements totaling 167,465 square feet in its Richmond portfolio.

The company reports the signing of three warehouse/flex renewals:

  • Advanced Trailer Systems Inc. has renewed its lease totaling 80,249 square feet at Eastport II, located on Eastport Boulevard in Richmond. Rob Dirom of CB Richard Ellis represented Advanced Trailer Systems and Brian Felton represented Liberty Property Trust.


  • New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC has renewed its lease of 9,576 square feet at Tech Pointe II, located at 5500 Cox Road in Glen Allen. John Carpin of CB Richard Ellis represented New Cingular Wireless and Brian Witthoefft represented Liberty in the transaction.


  • Amsoil Inc. has renewed its lease at Woodlands IV located at 530 Eastpark Court in Sandston. The company has renewed 7,200 square feet of flex space. Cliff Porter of Porter Realty represented Amsoil and Brian Felton represented Liberty Property Trust.

The company also reports the signing of seven office renewals:

  • Progressive Casualty Insurance Company has renewed its lease for two office spaces in the Westgate II building, located at 200 Westgate Parkway in Richmond. The company leases 24,049 square feet. Carlton Jones of CB Richard Ellis represented Progressive Casualty Insurance and Brian Witthoefft represented Liberty Property Trust.


  • Staff Focus, LLC has renewed its lease and expanded into a larger office space at 4198 Cox Road in Glen Allen. The company leases 15,680 and expanded into its new space last month. Brian Witthoefft represented Liberty in the transaction.


  • Utica Mutual Insurance Company has renewed its lease for 12,023 square feet at Boulders III, located at 1100 Boulders Parkway. Andrew Kampen of Banner Commercial Corporate Real Estate Advisors represented Utica and Brian Witthoefft represented Liberty in the transaction.


  • Schneider Electric Buildings Americas, Inc. has renewed its lease for two office spaces totaling 7,863 square feet in the Boulders III building. John Carpin of CB Richard Ellis represented Schneider Electric Buildings Americas and Brian Witthoefft represented Liberty in the transaction.


  • Managed Health Care Associates, Inc. has renewed its lease and expanded its office for a total of 4,378 square feet. The company expanded into its new space in the Boulders II building last month, located at 7400 Beaufont Springs Drive in Richmond. David Wilkins of CB Richard Ellis represented Managed Health Care Associates and Brian Witthoefft represented Liberty in the transaction.


  • REMAX Commonwealth has renewed its lease at Westgate II, located at 200 Westgate Parkway in Richmond. The company leases 3,976 square feet. Mark Douglas of Thalhimer, Inc. represented REMAX Commonwealth and Crystal Loving-Joyce represented Liberty in the transaction.


  • Technisource, Inc. has renewed its lease for 2,471 square feet at 4198 Cox Road. Zach Roski of CB Richard Ellis represented Technisource and Brian Witthoefft represented Liberty in the transaction.
