Malvern, PA – June 7, 2017 – Liberty Property Trust has announced that Domino's has signed a long-term lease at its newest project in Central New Jersey. The 182,000 square foot Class A industrial building is located at 1075 King George Post Road at Raritan Center in Edison, off Exit 10 of the New Jersey Turnpike.
"During the last three years, we have developed four industrial projects along the Turnpike Corridor in Central New Jersey, and each has leased in short order. We continue to be very encouraged by how our product is being received," said Mark Goldstein, senior vice president and market leader for Liberty.
The building features modern tilt-up construction, 250-foot depth, 43 dock doors, two drive-in doors and energy-efficient lighting. The property includes a 130' truck court with parking for 22 trailers and 129 cars.
