Jacksonville Leases Total More Than 100,000 Square Feet
JACKSONVILLE – October 21, 2009 - Liberty Property Trust (NYSE:LRY), the real estate investment trust that owns and manages 2.3 million square feet of office and industrial properties in Jacksonville, today announced that it completed nine lease and renewal agreements totaling more than 100,000 square feet of office, flex and warehouse space during the third quarter of 2009.
During the quarter, Liberty gained four new tenants with leases totaling 18,787 square feet. In addition, approximately 81,213 square feet of space was renewed in the third quarter 2009.
