Mike DiBlasi Becomes Tampa's Newest Leasing Representative

TAMPA – October 19, 2009 - Liberty Property Trust (NYSE:LRY), the real estate investment trust that owns and manages nearly 2.8 million square feet of office and industrial properties in Tampa, today announced that Mike DiBlasi has joined the Liberty team as a leasing representative.

In his new role, DiBlasi will be responsible for leasing Liberty’s entire Tampa portfolio including its flagship parks: Woodland Corporate Center and Renaissance Center in the Airport market and Silo Bend and Legacy Park in the East Tampa/I-75 Corridor market.

“Mike has a solid understanding of the Tampa Bay market and has developed various relationships with the local business community and he will be an excellent addition to our Liberty team,” said Jody Johnston, vice president and city manager at Liberty.

Most recently, DiBlasi served as an associate industrial broker at Cushman & Wakefield, where he specialized in the leasing and sale of flex and industrial properties within the Tampa Bay MSA. DiBlasi has completed more than 155 transactions representing 1.3 million square feet of office and industrial product in the area on behalf of national firms such as Jeld-Wen, S.P. Richards, Konica Minolta, Red Bull, Harland Clarke, Essilor, Gold Medal Products and Otis Spunkmeyer.

DiBlasi holds a Bachelors of Arts in accounting and finance from Florida State University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Florida. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Bay Area Advisors, a non-profit organization based in Tampa.
