LIBERTY PROPERTY TRUST LEASES MORE THAN 115,000 SQUARE FEET IN HAMPTON ROADS IN THE THIRD QUARTER OF 2009
HAMPTON ROADS, VA – October 19, 2009 – Liberty Property Trust (NYSE: LRY), which owns and manages more than 1.8 million square feet of office and industrial space in the Hampton Roads area, today announced that it has signed 39,448 square feet of new leases and 76,112 square feet in lease renewals and expansions for warehouse, flex and office space in Hampton Roads during the past quarter.
