LIBERTY SIGNS NEW LONG-TERM LEASE WITH ADVANCED PLATINUM SOLUTIONS AT WEST LITTLE YORK DISTRIBUTION CENTER

HOUSTON – June 1, 2009 - Liberty Property Trust (NYSE:LRY), the real estate investment trust that owns and manages approximately 3.8 million square feet of warehouse and distribution space in Houston, today announced that it has recently signed a new long-term lease at West Little York Distribution Center in Northwest Houston.

Advanced Platinum Solutions has signed a new long-term lease for 110,000 square feet of warehouse/distribution space located at 10735 West Little York in Houston. Advanced Platinum Solutions has moved into its new location, which provides warranty and repair services for Hewlett Packard in the U.S.
