| Health Market Science Lease Completes Occupancy At 2700 Horizon Drive |
Previously a sub-tenant, Health Market Science expands its space as it chooses to grow with LibertyMALVERN, PA - May 6, 2008 — Liberty Property Trust (NYSE:LRY), which owns and manages more than 15 million square feet of office and industrial space in southeastern Pennsylvania, today announced that Health Market Science, Inc. (HMS) has signed a long term lease for 45,000 square feet of office space at 2700 Horizon Drive in King of Prussia. The tenant will occupy the entire building. Health Market Science, Inc. is a leading supplier of healthcare provider data in the United States. It has been subletting 25,063 square feet of space in the building since 2004. When the balance of the building became available for lease, HMS was able to secure the space for a much-needed expansion. "We have been very pleased with Liberty's service and attention to detail.
