Cameron's Coffee will now occupy 75,495 square feet of warehouse space
Eden Prairie, MN – August 25, 2017 - Liberty Property Trust today announced that existing tenant, Cameron's Coffee, has signed a lease renewal and expansion for 75,495 square feet at 5555 12th Avenue East in Shakopee, MN. The agreement includes the tenant's current 68,176 square feet of space and adds an additional 7,319 square feet to the lease.
"The Minneapolis Metro area continues to grow organically and attract new business, due to the very dynamic and entrepreneurial nature of the economy," said Neal Driscoll vice president, market officer for Liberty Property Trust. "In the case of Cameron's Coffee, we were able to accommodate their expansion in the same building, which is conveniently located across the street from their headquarters."
Cameron's Coffee, a national coffee roaster and distributor, is headquartered at 5700 12th Avenue East in Shakopee, MN. The renewal with Liberty will keep the company's warehouse operations in the adjacent single-story industrial building. It is comprised of 128,172 square feet situated on approximately seven acres of land conveniently located near Highway 169 interchange.
