Atlanta, GA – July 24, 2017 – Liberty Property Trust today announced that 1325 Chastain Road in Kennesaw has reached 100% occupancy with the signing of a new lease with LaserShip, Inc. and a renewal with Home Depot.

"From here, they can deliver products within hours in the Atlanta Metro or within a day to much of the Eastern Seaboard."
The 241,578 square foot building, one of two in Chastain Distribution Center, features four front-loading suites, each offering 30' clear heights; between five and 22 dock-high doors (depending on suite size), and oversized drive-in ramps. It includes 104 car parking spaces and a 220' truck court.
Ken Wiesen of NAI Brannen Goddard represented LaserShip and Mark Hawks and Todd Barton of CBRE represented Liberty. In the Home Depot renewal, Tony Kepano represented the tenant.
