Warehouse Lease Transaction Totals 124,800 Square Feet

CHARLOTTE, NC – June 5, 2012 – Liberty Property Trust today announced that it has renewed a lease totaling 124,800 square feet with Röchling Automotive USA, LLP at Hillside Industrial Park in Duncan, South Carolina. The company has been a long-term Liberty tenant.
