Warehouse Lease Transactions Total 118,400 Square Feet

CHARLOTTE, NC – July 22, 2010 – Liberty Property Trust (NYSE:LRY) today announced that it has renewed leases with Atlas Box and Crating Company and Raleigh Offset at Keystone Business in Morrisville, NC.

Atlas Box and Crating Company has renewed its lease for 62,400 square feet at 619 Distribution Drive. Ed Brown of NAI Carolantic represented Liberty in the transaction.

Raleigh Offset has renewed its lease at 627 Distribution Drive. The company leases 56,000 square feet and has been a Liberty tenant for ten years.

Bryan Everett of Grubb & Ellis Thomas Linderman Graham represented Raleigh Offset and Ed Brown of NAI Carolantic represented Liberty in the transaction.
