LIBERTY PROPERTY TRUST’S KESTONE BUILDING REACHES 100% OCCUPANCY
DataChambers Records Management Leases 24,000 Square Feet
CHARLOTTE, NC – September 21, 2009 – Liberty Property Trust (NYSE:LRY), which owns and manages more than 4.8 million square feet of office and industrial space in the Carolinas, today announced that it has signed a new lease with DataChambers Records Management at Keystone, bringing the building to 100% occupancy.
“We are proud that DataChambers has chosen Keystone for its record storage location in the Triangle,” said Massie Flippin, vice president and city manager for Liberty’s Carolina’s region. “DataChambers will be an excellent addition to our park and we look forward to building our relationship with the company and its employees.”
DataChambers Records Management has signed a new long-term lease for 24,000 square feet of warehouse space at 324 Park Knoll Drive in Morrisville, North Carolina. The building will serve as a Triangle hub for the secure, information-based business services DataChambers provides, including document imaging, shredding, file management and record storage.
“We’ve built our reputation on prompt, personal service, so it was important to us to have a centrally located site that would allow us to readily serve businesses across the Triangle,” said Chris Kelley, chief operations officer, DataChambers Records Management. “That made Liberty’s Keystone Business Park a perfect fit for us.”
