Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc. Taps Laura Petasnick as Vice President, Integrated Sales, for Martha Stewart Living

Accomplished Publishing Executive with Deep Experience in Fashion and Beauty Categories Joins Sales Team Newly Aligned Around Individual Brands

NEW YORK, March 12, 2012—Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc (MSLO) today announced that Laura Petasnick has been named Vice President of Integrated Sales for Martha Stewart Living, the company’s flagship brand. A talented publishing executive with deep experience in the fashion and beauty space, Ms. Petasnick will be responsible for developing integrated programs for Martha Stewart Living. She reports to Martha Stewart Living Publisher Peter Medwid.

Prior to MSLO, Ms. Petasnick was at Rodale, where she served as Publisher of Prevention and Prevention.com, overseeing advertising and marketing for the magazine and its companion website. Prior to Prevention, she was Advertising Director at Conde Nast’s Vogue, where she was responsible for the beauty, health and auto categories. Before that, she held several posts at Time Inc., becoming Vice President, Corporate Sales, overseeing corporate accounts in beauty and fashion while also creating and selling integrated programs across the company’s magazine brands. Early in her tenure at Time, Inc., Ms. Petasnick was part of the Real Simple launch team as the Fashion & Beauty Director.
