NBC Universal Domestic Television Distribution Has Renewed “The Martha Stewart Show” For Fourth Season

Popular Daytime “How-To” Show Sold In More Than 60% of Country Including NBC Owned & Operated Stations, Gannett, Fox, Belo, Fisher, Hearst, Allbritton, Scripps, Clear Channel and More

New York City, NY November 8, 2007—NBC Universal Domestic Television Distribution has renewed “The Martha Stewart Show” in more than 60% of the country and in 17 of the top 20 markets for its fourth season in national syndication, it was announced today by Barry Wallach, President, NBC Universal Domestic Television Distribution, and Sheraton Kalouria, President of Broadcasting, Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia Inc. (NYSE: MSO).

“The Martha Stewart Show,” which is currently in its third season in national syndication, has been renewed by the NBC Owned and Operated stations in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Dallas, Miami and San Diego for the 2008-2009 season, as well as to stations from Fox, Belo, Fisher, Scripps, Hearst, Allbritton, Clear Channel and other leading broadcast station groups for its fourth season.

“The Martha Stewart Show” continues to deliver one of the most loyal audiences in all of syndication, attracting the highest concentration of Women 25-54 with incomes of $75,000-plus among all first-run daytime series, according to Nielsen Media Research data. And among Women 25-54 in $100K+ households, the show ranks number two in daytime, trailing only “The Oprah Winfrey Show.”
