Accomplished Television Creative Executive Joins Company
NEW YORK, July 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Martha Stewart Living
Omnimedia, Inc. (NYSE: MSO) today announced the hiring of Linda Corradina as
Senior Vice President, Executive Producer, Martha Stewart Living Television.
In her new post, Ms. Corradina is executive producer of the nationally
syndicated, one-hour, Emmy award-winning daily television program, Martha
Stewart Living (MSLTV), executive producer of the cable programs from Martha's
Kitchen, from Martha's Home, and from Martha's Garden, as well as for MSLTV's
new syndicated program Petkeeping with Marc Morrone.
Ms. Corradina is an experienced and highly awarded creative executive. Her
background includes the development of a number of successful programs,
including the VH1 Fashion and Music Awards and MTV's award-winning Choose or
Lose 1992 election coverage. She is the recipient of two Peabody awards, four
Cable Ace awards, one daytime Emmy and has also received numerous nominations
for her series and specials. Most recently, Ms. Corradina was an Executive
Producer at Oxygen Media, where she created Candice Checks it Out, a weekly
half-hour magazine show hosted by Candice Bergen. She was also the
Co-Executive Producer of the reality show The Life Makeover Project with
Cheryl Richardson, as well as several other series and pilots.
Prior to Oxygen Media, Ms. Corradina spent 12 years as a creative
executive at Viacom, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of
Programming and Production for VH1, where she oversaw development,
acquisitions, programming, production, and on-air talent. She also served as
Senior Vice President of News and Specials at MTV.
