Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc. Names Alison Adler Matz Senior Vice President and Publisher of Everyday Food and Whole Living

Highly Accomplished Media Executive to Drive Sales for Two Popular Brands

NEW YORK, March 19, 2012—Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc (MSLO) has appointed Alison Adler Matz as Senior Vice President and Publisher of MSLO’s Everyday Food and Whole Living brands. Ms. Matz brings a vast range of experience from such leading lifestyle publications as WWD, Brides, Glamour, Teen Vogue and House & Garden. She is the latest in a series of new hires that reflect the strategic realignment of MSLO’s sales and marketing team around the Company’s magazine brands, which also include Martha Stewart Living and Martha Stewart Weddings.

A highly accomplished media executive, Ms. Matz joins MSLO from Fairchild Fashion Media, where she was Publisher of WWD Beauty Inc., a trade publication focused on the beauty business. In addition, she was responsible for all beauty industry advertising in WWD, WWD.com and Style.com/Print, while also serving as General Manager of Fairchild’s Summits division. Prior to that, she held leadership roles at several Condé Nast publications, becoming Publisher of Brides, after having served as Associate Publisher at Glamour, Teen Vogue and House & Garden. Earlier in her career, Ms. Matz was Associate Publisher of US Weekly.
