Omnimedia, Inc. (NYSE: MSO) announced today it has named Alanna Fincke Editor
of Body + Soul magazine, effective immediately. Body + Soul is Martha Stewart
Living Omnimedia's rapidly growing magazine for healthy living, providing
"how-to" and inspiration for a natural lifestyle. Ms. Fincke has an extensive background in publishing, joining Body + Soul
from In Touch Weekly, where she served as editorial director since July of
2002. She played an integral role in the development of the magazine's
concept and design as well as building the editorial staff. In addition to her
position at In Touch Weekly, Ms. Fincke had been a contributor to Body + Soul,
writing the "Yoga Now" column that explores health and yoga-related news.
Previously, Ms. Fincke was Senior Editor of US Weekly for two years. Prior to
that, she served as Articles Editor of Elle magazine for five years.

more than 15%, and an additional 14% in July 2006, when circulation will reach
