Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc. Names Patricia DiPette SVP, Licensing

Brings Background From Elie Tahari, Laundry by Shelli Segal, Lucky Brand Jeans, Sigrid Olsen and Liz Claiborne to Drive MSLO’s Expanding Merchandising Business

NEW YORK, August 1, 2012 -- Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc. (NYSE: MSO) today announced Patricia DiPette as Senior Vice President, Licensing. This talented licensing and marketing executive brings experience with such leading brands as Elie Tahari, Laundry by Shelli Segal, Lucky Brand Jeans, Sigrid Olsen and Liz Claiborne, Ms. DiPette is responsible for developing and negotiating new domestic merchandising opportunities for the Company. She reports to Ann Bukawyn, EVP, Global Licensing.

A dynamic professional with significant experience and a successful track record in strategic business development in the licensing arena, Ms. DiPette joins MSLO from Elie Tahari, Ltd. where she served as VP, Licensing. Prior to that, she was VP, Licensing and New Business Development, at Perry Ellis, and Director, Corporate Licensing at Liz Claiborne, Inc., for such brands as Laundry by Shelli Segal, Lucky Brand Jeans, and Sigrid Olsen.

MSLO’s EVP Global Licensing Ann Bukawyn stated: “Trish has a proven record as a brand builder, as well a keen understanding and respect for the imaging and positioning of the brands she represents. She will be an incredible asset to MSLO and I’m delighted to have her on the team.”
