Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc. Names Missy Foristall SVP Digital Programming and Strategy

Top Executive from Razorfish to Lead Direction for Company’s Digital Properties and User Experience

New York, November 16, 2010--Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc. (NYSE: MSO) today announced that Missy Foristall has been named SVP Digital Programming and Strategy. She joins the company from Razorfish, where she served most recently as Managing Director with responsibility for the experience and platforms group. In her new position, she will collaborate with teams across MSLO’s media platforms while working closely with Chief Creative and Editorial Director Gael Towey and MSLO management to set the strategic direction for MSLO’s digital properties. Ms. Foristall will report to MSLO’s Chief Financial Officer Kelli Turner.

Ms. Towey stated: “I’m happy to welcome Missy to our team as we continue to build on our success and grow our presence in the digital space. Missy is a visionary leader and with our original creative content and her deep understanding of business and client needs, we look forward to bringing it all together to create a unique, and memorable user experience.”

An innovative digital media executive, Ms. Foristall has 15 years of experience in the interactive community. For the past 12 years, she has worked at Razorfish in positions of increasing responsibility across Client Management, Project Management and Operations, collaborating with clients to balance business goals with the user’s needs. Prior to joining Razorfish, she worked at Blue Dingo Digital and K2 Design, Inc.
