Joe Lagani was named Chief Revenue Officer for Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia in November 2011. In this position, he oversees all advertising sales activity, as well as cross-platform integrations and strategic brand partnerships across MSLO’s media business units, which include its flagship title, Martha Stewart Living, as well as Martha Stewart Weddings, Whole Living and Everyday Food magazines, websites and iPad and iPhone Apps, and TV and radio platforms.
An accomplished media executive who has held leading revenue-generating functions at global lifestyle media companies, Mr. Lagani joined MSLO from NBCUniversal/iVillage, where he served as Senior Vice President of Ad Sales. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Brand Sales and VP/General Manager at Glam Media, Inc. He was previously Vice President and Publisher for Conde Nast’s House and Garden, where he was named Conde Nast’s Turnaround Publisher of the Year for 2006. Before that, he held a variety of roles at Meredith Corporation, including seven years as Vice President, Publishing Director, as well as Publisher for Country Home and Advertising Director for Ladies Home Journal.
Mr. Lagani is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany. He lives with his wife and son in New York’s Westchester County.
