Maddox has more than 16 years of experience as a finance professional in the telecommunications industry, with robust experience in operations, sales, marketing, strategic planning, product development, business development, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance. He has been with Leap since 2001, serving in roles such as vice president and CFO for sales and marketing operations, and vice president of financial planning and analysis. Additionally, he has held senior-level financial positions with Cellular One (now AT&T Wireless).

Maddox holds an M.B.A. in finance and a Bachelors of Science degree in industrial engineering and operations research from the University of California, Berkeley.
