Len Stephens is responsible for all aspects of Human Resource management within Leap including: organization planning, compensation, benefits, training and development, employee relations, staffing, safety and security, employee communications and corporate giving.

Prior to joining Leap at its inception, Mr. Stephens served as vice president of human resources operations for QUALCOMM, where he was responsible for human resources management within the company's six business units. Mr. Stephens previously spent more than 15 years with Pfizer, Inc., where he held a number of human resources management positions, with his last position as Director, Human Resources for the company's U.S. Pharmaceuticals Group. Mr. Stephens received his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Howard University.
