Rob Irving is responsible for the supervision of all of Leap's legal affairs.

Prior to joining Leap, Mr. Irving was an attorney for Rohr, Inc., an aerospace corporation. Previously, he was vice president, general counsel and secretary for IRT Corporation, a company that designed and manufactured x-ray inspection equipment. Before joining IRT, Mr. Irving was an attorney at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. Mr. Irving was admitted to the California Bar Association in 1982. Mr. Irving received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University. Following Stanford, he received his Masters of Public Policy from Harvard's Kennedy School of Government and his Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School, where he graduated cum laude.
