Senior Vice President, Multi-Channel Testing and Commercialization

Ronnie Damron was named senior vice president of multi-channel testing and commercialization in September, 2012 and is responsible for the planning, production and execution of merchandising resets, test & learn scenarios, and multi-channel customer experiences.

After starting at the Pikeville, Kentucky store in 1979, Damron has served in a number of increasingly responsible positions, including store manager, district manager, regional vice president, vice president new store/remerchandising and most recently, senior vice president of store planning and environment, beginning in 2010.
