After 10 years as a member of the PetSmart board of directors, Phil Francis joined PetSmart as president and chief executive officer in March 1998. He was named chairman of the board in October 1999, and executive chairman in June 2009. Prior to joining PetSmart, he was president and chief executive officer of Shaw's Supermarkets, Inc., a subsidiary of J. Sainsbury plc. From 1988 to July 1991, he was corporate vice president of wholesale for Roundy's Inc., a wholesale grocery distributor. Prior to joining Roundy's, Francis has extensive retail experience in various management positions with Cardinal Health and the Jewel Companies. He is a pet parent to a mixed-breed dog named Bit O'Honey.

Bob Moran joined PetSmart in July 1999 as president of North American stores. In December of 2001, he was appointed president and chief operating officer, and in June 2009, he was named president and chief executive officer. Moran came to PetSmart from Toys R Us, Ltd., Canada, where he was president. Prior to that, he spent 20 years with Sears, Roebuck and Company in a variety of financial and merchandising positions, including president and chief executive officer of Sears de Mexico. He was also chief financial officer and executive vice president of Galerias Preciados of Madrid, Spain from 1991 through 1993. He is a pet parent to a Shih Tzu named Tatum.

Beaver started his career at Eastman Kodak. He is a pet parent to two cats, Carly and Chloe.

Emily Dickinson joined PetSmart in September 2009 as senior vice president, general counsel and secretary. Prior to joining PetSmart, Dickinson spent 18 years with Hannaford Bros. Co., eight of which were also with Delhaize Group, a Belgian-based food retailer. While there, she had dual responsibility as vice president - Legal on a global basis for Delhaize and senior vice president, general counsel and secretary for Hannaford Bros. Before serving at Hannaford Bros. Co., she was an attorney in Boston and with two Portland, Maine law firms. Dickinson is a pet parent to a yellow lab named Maggie, a cat named Pumpkin, and Greenback, a red-eared slider turtle.

*Ken Hall is currently serving a one-year executive rotational assignment in the field in Store Operations. Ken joined PetSmart in October 2000 as Vice President, Strategic Planning and Customer Relationships. In January 2003 Ken was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, after serving in the role from October 2002 on an interim basis. He was appointed Senior Vice President of Merchandising in February 2006 and began his executive rotation in Store Operations in September 2008. Prior to PetSmart, he worked with Bain & Company, where he developed business and customer loyalty strategies and programs for major retail, automotive and financial services companies. He began his career with Exxon Company, where he held a variety of operations and financial roles. Ken is a pet parent to multiple tropical fish, including a plecostomus named George. **George normally lives in a spacious 55 gallon tank, but was gracious enough to pose temporarily in this fish bowl for his picture.

David Lenhardt joined PetSmart in October 2000 as senior vice president of services, strategic planning and business development. From 1996 to 2000, he was with Bain & Company, Inc., where he led consulting teams for retail, technology and e-commerce clients. Prior to that, Lenhardt was an analyst in the corporate finance and Latin American groups of Merrill Lynch & Co.'s investment banking division. He is a pet parent to a Wheaton Terrier named Zoe.

Miller came to PetSmart from Best Buy, where she last served as vice president of strategic marketing services. She started at Best Buy in 1998. Previously, she served 13 years at Pillsbury Company, where she began her career as a financial analyst. She quickly migrated into an ascendant role in marketing, ultimately serving as business team leader and director for Pillsbury's refrigerated breads and cinnamon rolls product lines. Miller is a pet parent to Tigger, a Springer Spaniel.

He is a pet parent to Denver, a five year old Golden Retriever and Lily, a one year old Hermit Crab.

Joe O'Leary joined PetSmart as Senior Vice President of Supply Chain in September 2006. Mr. O'Leary served six years at Gap Inc. where he started as the Vice President of International Logistics before moving up to Senior Vice President of Global Logistics and ultimately, Senior Vice President of Supply Chain Strategy and Global Logistics. Prior to that Mr. O’Leary held positions at Mothercare and Bhs (UK), Coopers & Lybrand and BP International. He is a pet parent to Suzie, a Bichon Frise and Ellie, a Maltese.

Jaye Perricone joined PetSmart in 1995 and has served in a number of field and corporate capacities including Regional Vice President, Vice President of Services Operations, Vice President of Customer Service & Store Operations, and Vice President of Property Management and Store Design. In January of 2008, she was promoted to Senior Vice President of Real Estate. . She previously worked for Target, Pace Membership Warehouse, and Bizmart. Perricone is a pet parent to two dogs, Bandit and Nino, and a cat named Tiger.

Neil H. Stacey was appointed senior vice president of human resources in February 2009. He joined PetSmart in 1995 and served in a number of leadership roles including vice president general merchandise manager, senior vice president of merchandising consumables, regional vice president and divisional vice president. Prior to joining PetSmart, Mr. Stacey was employed at American Stores, a national food and drug retailer, where he held several leadership positions such as vice president of advertising and market development, vice president of merchandising and vice president of business process redesign. Neil is the pet parent of a Shih Tzu named Lilly.
