PetSmart’s Scheduling Practices
The schedule and hours for an associate are influenced by a variety of factors including store, the position and our associate’s own availability. We work with our associates to support their personal commitments or school by making scheduling adjustments whenever we can.
In accordance to company policy, stores are required to post schedules no later than Fridays at 10 a.m., a full nine days in advance. Any changes made within these nine days would be voluntary. Additionally, we do not use call-in shifts.
