Biography

Chris Todoroff is Humana’s Senior Vice President and General Counsel, with responsibility for the Internal Audit and compliance functions, for corporate governance oversight, and for litigation management. Chris is also responsible for providing legal counsel for operations, financial management activities, and for mergers and acquisitions. He reports directly to the President and Chief Executive Officer and is a member of the Executive Team, which sets the strategic direction for the company.

Prior to joining Humana, Chris served as Vice President and Senior Corporate Counsel for Aetna Inc. He was also previously in private practice in New York and Florida.

Chris holds a J.D., cum laude, from Cornell Law School, where he was an editor of the Cornell Law Review, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Rutgers University.
