Scott was appointed chief executive officer in April 2013. Previously he served as chief financial officer since 2010. In addition to his leadership of the finance organization and strategy and operations role, Scott also led the company’s corporate information technology and supply chain functions. He has over 25 years of management, operations and finance experience. Prior to Outerwall, Scott served as president of the Americas for the Lenovo Group Limited, a leading computer manufacturer, and held senior positions at Microsoft Corp. as corporate vice president of Microsoft’s OEM division and as corporate vice president of finance and administration and chief accounting officer. Previously Scott served in management positions at The Walt Disney Company and Mindwave Software Inc., and as a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers. 
Galen Smith

Galen was promoted to the role of chief financial officer in April 2013. He joined Outerwall in 2009 and assumed the role of corporate vice president, finance and treasurer in 2010, overseeing corporate financial planning, treasury, mergers and acquisitions and investor relations. In 2011, he became senior vice president, finance at Redbox leading financial operations in addition to business negotiations, including the digital joint venture with Verizon and studio deals with Sony Pictures Home Entertainment, Universal Studios Home Entertainment and Warner Bros. Home Entertainment. Prior to joining Outerwall, Galen was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley in the Consumer and Retail Investment Banking Group. 
Raquel Karls

Raquel joined Outerwall in September 2010 as chief human resources officer. Prior to Outerwall, Raquel served as vice president of human resources at Expedia, Inc., where she led global initiatives in the U.S., Asia and Canada. Previously, she was vice president of partner resources at Starbucks Coffee Company, where she led the organizational and people development agenda for key marketing and product groups. Raquel also served the Pepsi Bottling Company in a variety of roles, including vice president of human resources.  
Carole McCluskey

Carole has been with Outerwall since October 2010 and was promoted to chief technology officer in August 2012. During her tenure, Carole has also served as the corporate technology leader, senior vice president of technology at Redbox Automated Retail, LLC, Outerwall's wholly-owned subsidiary, the interim head of corporate systems development, and the IT program leader at Coinstar and Redbox. Prior to Outerwall, she was the managing director of EttenAj Consulting LLC, an IT consulting firm she founded that advised VMware, Coinstar, Intacct, Edifecs, and Ultimo Software. Her previous experience includes executive positions at TIBCO Software, SchemaLogic, and CapitalStream. 
James Pinckney

James joined Outerwall in January 2013 as corporate leader, Strategy and Operations. He was promoted to chief strategy, sales, and services officer in June 2013, taking on leadership of the sales organization in addition to his previous responsibilities. He brings more than 25 years of international general management, strategy and sales experience. Prior to Outerwall, James served as vice president of North America Transaction Business at Lenovo where he led a $1 billion revenue-generating business unit that delivered product and channel marketing expertise, including strategy and execution. Prior to Lenovo, James held a number of roles at Microsoft over a period of nine years and senior leadership roles at The Sabre Group (now Sabre Holdings) and Hitachi Data Systems Corp. 
Don Rench

Don has served as our chief legal officer since April 2011, as our general counsel since August 2002 and as our corporate secretary since March 2002. He served as our corporate counsel from March 2000 through August 2002. Previously, Don served as corporate counsel for NetManage, Inc., formerly Wall Data, Inc. Prior to that, Don was an attorney in private practice in Cincinnati, Ohio. 
Jim Gaherity
President, Coinstar

Jim was appointed President of Coinstar in March 2014. He joined Outerwall in 2004 as the director of operations for Coinstar and was steadily promoted over the years to senior vice president overseeing Coinstar worldwide operations and certain new venture businesses. Jim brings over 25 years of management experience including senior management positions at Brink’s Inc. and Road Way Package Systems (since acquired by FedEx). 
Mark Horak
President, Redbox

Mark joined Outerwall as president of Redbox in March 2014. He brings more than 30 years of media, entertainment and marketing expertise to Redbox, having most recently served as president the Americas at Warner Bros. Home Entertainment. Earlier positions at Warner Bros. included executive vice president and general manager for Canada, Latin America, Australia and Asia, and executive vice president and general manager of Worldwide Operations and New Packaged Media. Previously Mark served in marketing positions with Dole Packaged Foods, StarKist Seafood Company and Nabisco Brands, Inc. 
Maria Stipp

Maria was appointed president of ecoATM in February 2014. She joined Outerwall in June 2011 as chief customer officer and later transitioned to chief new ventures officer in 2013. Maria brings more than 20 years of sales and senior management experience to her role. Her breadth of experience spans the video game and consumer packaged goods industries, where she led the global teams responsible for marketing, finance, sales, human resources and franchise development. Her diverse background includes sales and leadership roles at Activision, Vivendi Universal Games, Miller Brewing Company and Kellogg Sales Company.
